Hello! I’m Crystal St. Louis, the founder of Hopeful Horizons Wellness Services LLC. As a licensed mental health counselor with several years of experience working in inpatient crisis services, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals through some of their toughest moments. One of my greatest passions is walking alongside people during their most difficult times and supporting them as they transform into the best versions of themselves.

I understand firsthand that life can be overwhelming. As a mother, wife, and dedicated professional, I know that stress, anxiety, and life’s challenges can feel like too much to bear at times. My goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and experiences, work through tough situations, and begin to heal.

In our sessions, you’ll find a person-centered approach that focuses on you as an individual. I offer active listening, unconditional positive regard, and a commitment to creating a supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help challenge negative thought patterns, empowering you to make healthier decisions and cultivate a more positive mindset.
